Solution

Check the expiration date of your license

1. Open your ESET product. How do I open my ESET product?
    
2. The expiration date is displayed next to License valid until in the main program window (How do I renew my license?).

Your ESET product displays the wrong expiration date

1. In the main program window, click Help and support Verify license validity. The License validity window will open displaying your expiration date. Click OK when you are finished.

Version 4.x

1. If you see Display: Standard mode in the lower left corner of the main program window, toggle to Advanced mode by clicking Change and then clicking Yes to confirm; or by pressing Ctrl + M on your keyboard.


2. Click Help Verify license validity (see Figure 1-4). An alert will display your updated license expiration date. Click OK to close it.
