What if I change my email address?

  1. Contact ESET Customer Care.
     
  2. Select the options that apply to you:

    • Home users: Click Home User Support Other question or feedback (none of the above) Change Account Info.

    • Business users: Click Small Office & Home Office Support or Business & Enterprise (Server Product) Support Other question or feedback (none of the above) Change Account Info.
     
  3. In the Describe your issue field of the Customer Care Support Request form to the right, specify that you would like to update your account with a new email address and include as much of the following information as possible:
     
    • Your sales order number (found in the original order confirmation message)
       
    • Your new email address (the email address you would like to update your ESET account with)
       
    • The email address you submitted at the time that you purchased your ESET product
       
    • Your ESET-issued Username and Password (I do not have this information)
       
    • Any additional previous email addresses that may be associated with your ESET account
       
    • Your home address
       
  4. Click Send Email to ESET Support. ESET Customer Care will process your request and notify you when your email address has been updated. If more information is needed, ESET Customer Care will contact you via email.
