Windows XP

1. Click Start, right-click My Computer and select Properties from the context menu.
    
2. Look for the System section of the properties window. (View screenshot)
   
   
   • If you see Microsoft Windows XP x64 Edition, you have a 64-bit system. Click the appropriate link below to download your ESET product

   • If you see Microsoft Windows XP Version [Year], you have a 32-bit system. Click the appropriate link below to download your ESET product.

 Windows 7

1. Click Start, right-click Computer and select Properties from the context menu.

1. Press Windows key + C and click Settings and then click PC info.
    
2. Look for the System type section of the properties window.
