How do I enable/disable a Parental control user account?

Issue

Disabling a Parental control account disables all web content filtering settings, parental control configurations and any web pages you have blocked or allowed access to for that account

 

User Accounts must be configured for Parental control to be effective

Each person accessing your computer should use their own Windows user account. Without completing this important step, Parental control is ineffective in shielding children from inappropriate web content. For information on setting up Windows user accounts, click the appropriate link below: 

Solution

  1. Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus. How do I open my ESET product?
     
  2. Click Setup Parental control.

  1. To disable a user account, click Enabled next to that user account. To re-enable a user account, click Disabled next to that user account. If your settings are password protected, you will need to enter your password and click OK to complete these actions.
