Follow the instructions below to activate your serial number or activation key online and then to download your ESET security product to your computer.

How do I activate my ESET security product?

If you purchased from the online store, your license is already active; please proceed to step 3 to download your product. If you forgot your Username or Password, you can have our website send it directly to your email.

1. To activate your ESET security product, click one of the links below and complete the activation form. See the image below for hints for entering your information.

   Click here if you purchased from anywhere else

2. After you complete the form, you will receive your unique Username and Password on the next screen and in an email.

3. Click one of the links below to download the appropriate version of your ESET security product.
   

   Important!

   Please check your operating system version before downloading.

Windows XP/Vista/Win 7/2000/2003/2008:   

ESET Smart Security 4.x: 

32-bit Download    64-bit Download

ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.x:

32-bit Download    64-bit Download

Mac OS X Leopard 10.5, Snow Leopard 10.6 or later with an Intel Processor: 

ESET Cybersecurity 4.0.62:  Download

4.  Choose Save when prompted and save the file to your desktop. Enter the Username and Password you received after activation if asked for credentials.
