In addition to your ESET product, your business license includes ESET Remote Administrator (ERA), software to manage ESET products on your network. Follow the steps below to download, install and configure your ESET products on your small business network.
- Download your ESET product.
Click the following link to begin downloading ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Business Edition for Mac OS X:
Download ESET NOD32 BE for Mac
You will need your unique Username and Password to download your ESET product. Please reference your confirmation email for this information. If you have not yet purchased a license or received your Username and Password, click here.
When you have finished downloading the install package, it will appear in the Downloads folder. To begin installation, double-click the install package and then double-click the Install icon from the ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Install Disk window. Download, install and complete a basic configuration of ESET Remote Administrator (on Windows operating system only) using the links below. You will need to download both ESET Remote Administrator Server and ESET Remote Administrator Console.

Add your license file to ESET Remote Administrator.
The .lic file contains the license expiration date and number of workstations for which the license is valid, and is necessary for your product to function properly. Your license file is attached to your confirmation email.
