In addition to your ESET security product, your business license includes ESET Remote Administrator (ERA), software to manage ESET security products on your network. Follow the steps below to download, install and configure your ESET security products on your small business network.

1. Download your ESET security product.
   

   Click the following link to begin downloading ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Business Edition for Mac OS X:

   32-bit/64-bit:
   
   Download ESET NOD32 BE for Mac
   
   You will need your unique Username and Password to download your ESET security product. Please reference your confirmation email for this information. If you have not yet purchased a license or received your Username and Password, click here.

   When you have finished downloading the install package, it will appear in the Downloads folder. To begin installation, double-click the install package and then double-click the Install icon from the ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Install Disk window. Click Continue to launch the installation wizard.

2. Download, install and complete a basic configuration of ESET Remote Administrator (on Windows operating system only) using the links below. You will need to download both ESET Remote Administrator Server and ESET Remote Administrator Console.

   ESET Remote Administrator Console: http://download.eset.com/download/ra/era_console_nt32_enu.msi

3. Add your license file to your ESET Remote Administrator product.

   The .lic file contains the license expiration date and number of workstations for which the license is valid, and is necessary for your product to function properly. Your license file is attached to your confirmation email. For instructions on extracting your license file and adding it to your ESET security product, refer to the following Knowledgebase article:
