• How do I verify the expiration date of my license?
   

If you renewed before your expiration date: 

• Your new expiration date will not take effect until your original expiration date passes.

If you are still having issues downloading virus signature updates or the latest program versions: It may be necessary to re-enter your username and password into your ESET product.
